A PhD Researcher at the School of Management, University of Surrey. I’m exploring the role of intuition in HR decisions with the aim of examining how managers use intuition, and how they account for their intuitive capabilities. Current project involves designing the concept of intuitive intelligence and development of a conceptual framework for the personal competency of intuitive intelligence, which can further guide managers’ understanding and effective use of intuitive judgement in management decisions. My previous education includes a BCS (Hons) degree in Computer Sciences (Pakistan), MCS in Software Engineering (Pakistan), MBA (Cardiff, UK) and MSc in Human Resource Management (Surrey, UK).
